Unable to Access OLAP Cube

Hello,
I have Project Server 2002 set up and Project 2002 Pro as the client.
I have Office XP installed with web components installed.
When I attempt to set up a new view with the Portfolio Analyzer I get
the following error:

Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.
Possible Cause : No OLAP cube has been specified.

Can someone shed some light onto why this might be happening? Thank
you very much.

Have you configured and build the OLAP cube using the Admin -> Manage
Enterprise features -> Update resource tables and OLAP cube ?

Also, are the Com+ object working correctly? (try searching for this in this
ng)

Thanks Kasper,
I found where to build the OLAP cube but it keeps erroring
out.I also had to intall Analysis Services on the Project
Server so that it would have the DSO components.
If the OLAP cube fails to build the first time, can I just
resave the page to get it to try to build again?
My cube status still is showing the original time of the
first build.

It quite difficult to know what the solution is. The best thing you can do
is to look at lesson 41 in the training documents from this site:

If these steps still doesn't solve your problem, please post again with more
information!

Just make a change in the Comments field and save changes - this should
re-build the cube.
