unable to activate product

I really need some help

I have just restored my computer and I wanted to install my microsoft office
again. I have already installed in and when it came to activating the product
it didn't work. It said that their records say that somebody has already
activated the product, but the person who activated the product was me before
I had restored my comuter.

can you please help me with my problem A.S.A.P

paying customer loses again!

I have the same problem. When I select activate by phone and click NEXT, the
dialog box goes away and no phone number pops up. Nothing. Does anyone have
a phone number to call for activation?
