Unable to connect to server error.

Hi, tried searching for the answer to this, but cant find
it:

Problem is that although i can normally connect to the
server and collect my emails occasionally i get the
error 'unable to connect to the server' and the error code
0x800ccc0e.

I can get my email again by restarting the computer
(restarting outlook doesnt clear it) but the error will
eventually come back.

Any ideas what it is?
