Unable to copy/paste from Excel to Outlook

I need help. I have a few users that are unable to select cells in Excel
(2003) and paste them into a new Outlook (2003) message without Outlook
crashing. I have delete all temp files, cleared the clipboard; check any
addins. Any help would be greating appreciated.
