Unable to create macro

Hi~
Using Project 2003. If I go to tools, macros it is greyed out. In
tools-->options---> security, when I click macro security nothing happens. I
did an uninstall/reinstall, still does not work. any ideas??

Never mind, a duh moment... found the option to install in add remove
programs. thx
