Unable to Display Folder

One of my users is getting the message in the sbuject line above when she
tries to access her Inbox. It is as thought the Inbox does not exist. If you
try to open the Inbox, the menus all change and the tool bar all default to
basic toolbars. The messages are all in the Inbox and can be found when you
use the "find" feature, they can then be copied to another folder. Quite
annoying way to work. Have tried to open this users Outlook on another
computer with the same results.

Any Ideas??

Thanks

Sounds like a corrupt view. Try starting Outlook 1 time with the
/cleanviews command line switch. (Note: This will delete all custom views
and reset Outlook back to its default views.)
