unable to download templates

[Stuck Student]

Pleae help. I recently purchased Microsoft Office Student & Teacher Edition
2003 (I'm a student at the local community college). It stated that I could
download this program on up to 3 of my home computers. However, after
installing it on the second computer, I am unable to download any of the
templates, once I save a document, I can no longer retrieve it. I'm given a
message that it is unavailable. When I download the templates, nothing comes
up. I am just frustrated beyond belief. Please, help me! You can also

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus.
