Unable to import pst files from outlook 2000

I have exactly the same probelm as this user and he has
explained it more succintly:
'My harddrive crashed and I reinstalled Outlook 2003 and
got it running. I tried to bring Outlook.pst from an old
backup over and open it. I get the following message:

File access is denied. You do not have the permission
required to access the file c:\....'

Please help.

Right click, remove the read only attribute - make sure it has been copied
to the hard drive. Use File->Open->Personal Folders File in Outlook to
access the information - do NOT import.
