unable to insert from scanner - error occured

After installing a digital camera i am unable to insert anything from my
scanner - i am getting "error occured" message but no help to say what the
problem is. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks Kanneily

Thanks Mary, I will try reinstalling over the next few days and I'll let you

Hi Mary, ive reinstalled scanner software and photo express but cant get
scanner to open in publisher and cant insert from scanner to publisher or
word although i can scan from scanner to photo express - but can only save to
disc from there and they are too small for photos so no use for what i need
it for.

The only solution I can give you is what you are doing. Scan and save to disk. Did
you go to the manufacturer's web site of your scanner to see if there is a newer
driver?
