Hi. I am unable to open Outlook email templates which were
created in Word. I get the file coversion dialog box. None
of the suggested formats allow me to see the text. My
option to set Word as the default editor is greyed out but
it is my default editor. Can't see what I'm missing here
so would appreciate any help
