Unable to open the Outlook window

When starting Outlook on a Win2K PC with SP4 using Outlook 2003 with SP2, I
get the following error message "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook.
Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened.
Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again." If I try from the same PC with a different ID, I don't have a
problem. We have tried to open Outlook for the ID with the error from
several differernt PCs/laptops. same error. If we use a different ID on the
same PC or laptop no error. The setup in AD is normal. I don't have access
to Exchange so can't check that. I've looked at the various docuemnts on the
web but haven't found one that relates to my issue.

Anyone have any ideas.

It sounds like that user is not setup as a mail enabled user. Check ad to
see if they have an email address and to what exchange server they are on.
If you don't see this info then contact your exchange admin to make sure they
have a mailbox
