Unable to open your default e-mail folders error

Anyone know what causes this when trying to open other mailboxes I have
client permissions to read?

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You do not have permission to
log in" ?

Getting this in Outlook 2000 trying to open other mailboxes i have
permission to.
Used to work for me, now I have to login as that user in order to open
mailbox.
