Unable to save lables/envelopes using Works suite 2004

When I used my old works program I was able to save all envelopes and lables.
Now I use works suite 2004, I can not find a way to save any envelope or
lable made up. Anyone have any ideas to remedy this.

(or .mac)
as this group has to do with the program MS Project
