I have a new Dell Dimension 4600, running Windows XP,
Outlook 2003 and connectivity via Comcast Cable
Internet. I am unable to send emails that contain file
attachments (of any size....from a few Kb to larger). I
am able to receive file attachments of various sizes.
When I send, the server times out and other emails behind
it won't send. I don't see a configuration setting for
something like this.
