unable to start processing services

frustrated in GA

after reading all the messages on "Unable to open your default e-mail
folders" and doing everything suggested, that message is gone now the new
message reads "Unable to start processing services"

I'm using Windows XP home edition, Office XP Standard for students and
teachers
