Unable to view all resources by Project Manager

We had this same problem. We changed the security
settings for the 'my projects' category. This category
allows to see all current & future resources... but we
didn't give them access to any assignment views. That way
they can pull in all resources from the enterprise
resource pool; but can't see the assignments in the
resource center view.
