Unable to view documents in public folders...

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have a client who is running Leopard and Entourage 2008. She is able to access all public folders that have emails, calendars, contacts etc. But they have a public folder that has documents that she is unable to view. I have tried synchronizing etc. but it does not work. This is running on a SBS 2008 network.

Everything is working as it should. Entourage does not support anything
more than mail, calendars and contacts.

You can let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in future
versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any Office
application.

I doubt, however, that this feature will ever make it into Entourage
since public folders were de-emphasized in Exchange Server 2007 and will
be going away at some point in the future.
