I have Outlook Express 6 on my new computer. In the past
with Outlook Express 5, I was in control of when I went
to the mailbox to send or receive. Now I have the
buttons checked to "not send messages immediately", but
for some reason it has a mind of it's own. A message can
wait awhile, then sends periodically. I do not know what
controls "when" or "how often". I tested sending a Word
document to mail recipient through Word. It went
immediately/automatically. I like to be able to
control "when" messages are sent or at least to know why
this inconsistency is occurring.
Can anyone help answer this question?
