Unformatted Unicode Text

Every time I go to "Paste Special...", there is that option again:
unformatted unicode text. I never choose it. I always choose
"unformatted text". And everything is fine.

What would happen if I used the "unicode text"? What are the
compatibility issues with:
- different versions of Word (I have 2000),
- other Office applications,
- pasting into notepad.exe,
- printing,
- anything else you know about?

Hi Phil,

As far as I see, "unformatted text" and "unformatted Unicode text" is 100%
the same.

Text in Word always is Unicode; I guess they just put in two different
options to confuse users.
