Uninstall MS Office

How do I uninstall MSOffice from one computer (and make Microsoft aware of
it) so that I am able to install/register it on a new laptop since I'm
allowed a 2-computer limit in the house?

Uninstall on old computer, install on new computer, when prompted to
activate, if it says it has already been activated, use the telephone method
to activate.
