Uninstall Office 2003

I purchased MS Office 2007 Prof. and I want to transfer existing Office 2003
to another computer and install Oficce2007. I do not know how I can use the
same activation key again. Should I uninstall Office 2003 and install it
again on another computer? What do you think.
