If it's possible look in the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs applet. You
might have do a modify on MS Office to remove Outlook since it's usually
part of the whole suite.
Outlook Express is not part of Office. Outlook Express is part of Internet
Explorer and is a listed as a Windows component. There's no need to
uninstall it.
If you mean Outlook, which _is_ part of Office, then it should be listed in
Add or Remove Programs. in Control Panel.
