If it's possible look in the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs applet. You
might have do a modify on MS Office to remove Outlook since it's usually
part of the whole suite.

I can't unstall Outlook Express through the Control Panel. How can I use the
CD to uninstall this program that is part of Office XP Professional?

Outlook Express is not part of Office. Outlook Express is part of Internet
Explorer and is a listed as a Windows component. There's no need to
uninstall it.

If you mean Outlook, which _is_ part of Office, then it should be listed in
Add or Remove Programs. in Control Panel.
