Uninstall

I am running Windows XP Pro with Office 2003 Pro. If I
uninstall Office 2003 will all of my documents and
settings remain intact?

Your documents and files created with Office 2003 will remain - I don't know
what you mean by settings but if you mean preferences, then yes they should.
