hi,
i ran into a problem with with Outlook 2002 lately. we are running exchange
5.5 and outlook is configured to receive email from the exchange server. i
changed the computer of one the users and tried to add the archived files as
well (a routine process) but since then outlook is very slow, and whenever
we try to write a new e-mail it takes forever to open the new email window
that if it opens. i tried to restore the system to a later date, it didn't
work (i cannot complete the restore) i tried repairing office, reinstalling,
uninstall and reisntall, to no avail. is there a way to un install office
completely (without leaving any files behind)
we are running windows XP Pro SP2
Office 2002 (i DO NOT want to install SP3)
P4 3.4, 1Gb RAM
thanks
