Uninstalling & installing from one computer to another

I recently installed 2003 Professional on a computer but have found that I
need to have that version installed on another computer and the Standard
version installed on the first computer. Will I need to unistall the
Professional version then install the Standard version? I need to make sure
that I "reslease" the product key so that I can use the Professional version
on the second computer without getting the message about not having an
activation key.
