"unknown User" error Message

I have two ways to send an email. One using Outlook 2002
from my desktop and the other is to go to the web site of
my host and sent directly from there. For one particular
address I get the "Unknown User" error message and my
note is not delivered. When I send the same email to the
same address from the host site, it works find. All other
emails work find with Outlook. Any suggestions on what I
can do to get Outlook to work? Thanks

What version of Outlook and what is the user's address? Anything unusual
about it?
