Unnecessary right side margin created in the PDF

I am using PrimopDF to convert a .pub document to PDF. My .pub document fits
nicely in the layout and I do not want any margins on either side. However
the converted PDF document by PrimoPDF has about 2 cm margin on the right
hand side which I do not need.
