Unread email count

I am using Outlook 2002 SP3 to access my IMAP email
account. The Folder List however does not show how many
unread emails I have in each of my IMAP folders (I use
Rules to sort messages) until I acually click on the
folder. This is also true for my IMAP inbox. How can I
change this behaviour?
