Unrestrict Style Templates

Word 2007's Style Changes was restricted thru Style Manager. I want to
unrestrict, but can't find the Manage Style button to unrestrict the styles.
How do I do this?

unrestrict, but can't find the Manage Style button to unrestrict the styles.
How do I do this?

Either click the little launcher button in the bottom right corner of
the Styles group on the Home ribbon, or press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S, to
open the Styles pane. At the bottom of the pane, click the third of
the three similar buttons to open the Manage Styles dialog.
