unwanted hotkey

I don't know how it happened, but somehow the "/" key in the numpad has
become mapped to the 'show formatting' feature in Powerpoint 2000. How could
I have accidentally done this, and more importantly, how can I reset it so it
prints a "/" when I hit that key?

If you don't press ALT, will the "/" be turned to 'show formatting'
command too? If so, this should not be normal short-cut key issue.
