Update link

Hi all,

I have problem when opening worksheet with link. Normally
on Excel 97, if i open worksheet with link and
click 'Don't update' button, every figure or cell that has
formula that link to another worksheet can be seen as
numerical data. But when i open the same file using Excel
2002 (Office XP), the data turn into "VALUE!". How can i
fix this problem ? Please advise.
