Hi
I recently just got an HP iPAQ pocket PC, which came with
an upgrade of Outlook 2002. I was using 2000. I had a
few problems of getting it to upgrade properly, but it is
now working but I have found a few problems.
1. It is opening in safe mode?
2. In the "My shortcuts" area, in my previous verson
of outlook, I had some folders with stored emails in
there, on the new version, the folders are there, but the
emails are gone and it comes up with a message
saying "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook
could not access the specified folder location. The folder
no longer exists" This is also the same for the deleted
tray, and my tasks field?
3. And just a small issue, when you are sending an
email, and you are looking through the list of contacts,
you can only see the persons name, and you have to move
the scroll bar at the bottom to see more information, this
is a pain if you have a few address' for one person (don't
get me wrong, I'm glad you have this option, as in 2000
you didn't). I manually moved the deviders between name
and email address, but it doesn't save it as a defult. Is
there a way to change this setup?
