I am currently running Office 2000. Just purchased Office 2003. Should I
unistall the older version first?

You will get the option to either uninstall the old version or to keep
both version. Don't do it manually unless you want to keep yourself
busy. I have kept the old version on my system.

If you uninstall it and the new version is an upgrade version then you
will need the CDs for the old version just for verification purposes.
