Upgrades will not install in OUtlook 2002

Tired downloading the updates for outlook 2002 from the MS
site. Downloads fine and then when it goes to install it
ask me for a CD (Office 2000 SR-1) which I do not have and
asks me for a file that is not on my installation CD.

Now this is a fine state of affairs. What the Heck do I
do now????
