Upgrading from Microsoft Office 2000 to Microsoft Office 2003

Hi,

We had created a mircosoft access 2000 form and that form involved passin
data to microsoft word as in Mail merge. den we installed microsoft office
2003 and used back the same file. Microsoft Access need some configuration or
else there would be error. After which the access 2000 can work, the
microsoft word failed to retrieved the data as we all know that mail merge
should retrieved the relevant data fields when the file is opened.

there is another issue. How to bring over all the data from microsoft
outlook 2000 to microsoft 2003? There are some data folders in the outlook
2000. Is it possible to bring it over? Because it is not the inbox that is
dependent on the internet service provider? By the way,
