upgrading from office 97 to office 2000

Hi All,

I have a laptop running Office 97 which l want to upgrade to Office 2000.

Can anybody tell me how l do it ?

Do l just run the Office 2000 CD ? or do l have to remove Office 97 first ?
If so how do l do that ?
