Upgrading Microsoft Office Outlook 2000 to MS outlook 2003

J

John Bolton

I have MS Office Outlook 2000 on my pc for my smart phone and I want
to upgrade it to MS Office Outlook 2003. It says I must uninstall it
before I install 2003. I don't want to lose my data though. How do I
prevent the loss of my data?

Data is never lost when installing a newer program - it will find your data
just fine.

But your OL2k data file, the *.pst, will not be converted to the OL2003
format data file.
You have to do this manually
