Upgrading Windows with Office XP

I want to upgrade Win Me to Win 2K and already have Office
XP on my machine. As there is no upgrade path how can I do
this keeping Office XP. This is due to the online
registration and not being able to do it twice.

I think you mean activate XP, if you cannot do this online you use phone
method
This is permitted if yr hardware/OS has changed, assuming a retail version
of XP not OEM
