Upload Office document to internet website

I am trying to upload an Office document to an internet website. The website
states that this can be accomplished through the main menu. I have tried
everything at this point.

Does anyone have exact directions for completing the above task.

The main menu of the santacruzjobs.com website, not the main menu
of Word. Note that the santacruzjobs.com website requires your
résumé to be in plain-text (ascii) format, not in Word format.
