Urgent

I wonder If you could please help me. For some reason I
have no pop up display window for fonts///neither in
Outlook or Word. The funny things is that I have the
feature available in Access and Excel. I have tried
almost everything to fix the problem, without sucess.

Are you talking about the Fonts drop-down list? See
