Usage Analysis on Win2003 Server

How do I turn on Usage Analysis on my Windows2003 Server (Using Frontpage
2003). I am having no luck whatsoever on trying to find this answer through
google or the search function on here. I would like to run the Usage Analysis
reports within Frontpage but it's telling me that the data is not being
collected. When I go to the Admin page of the website, and installaltion
defaults, I see nothing pertaining to Usage Analysis.

Thanks Tom, but here is where I am confused. When I jump onto our Win2003
server and look at Start, Programs, Admin Tools, and then all I see is
"Microsoft Sharepoint Administrator". When I go into this, all I see is very
limited choices. Check this link for a screen shot:

How do I get the Usage Analysis option to show up? Thanks for the help.

Are you clicking on the "Administration" link?
