Use Microsoft Outlook for Broadcast & Team Management.

To somebody who can help...

I would like to use microsoft outlook for Broadcast and
Team management for my company. Is the only way to do that
is to use Visual Basic Programing Language or any other
programing tool to design and program a new customised
program to do the tasks I required.

Please help me. I am willing to hire somebody to do it for
me with high compensation. Thanks !!!

You'll need to explain what you are trying to achieve a lot more. Also
mention with what version of Outlook you are trying to achieve it with and
whether or not you have an Exchange server.
