Use MS Project template for making movie timing plan

I am creating a 3D animation movie and am using MS Project to plan contents
and timing of each action. Simply choose 2 level Gantt header of Hours and
Minutes. Since I only need minutes and seconds, I scaled minutes for hours
and seconds for minutes....and the 60sec/60min/hours relationship works
perfectly well. I have "zoomed" in so I can see details to the one second
level which is what I needed.
I have entry view columns for data like sound track and model ID as well as
"action" as the task. And any needed comments in a text column.

My suggestion is for Microsoft to make a general MS Project template for
'home movie" making use and link to other MS tools like moviemaker or Visio
or Powerpoint.
This is an unexpected but valuable use for MS Project where time planning is
crucial.

What about frames? You need time resolution down to 1/24 sec for film or
1/30 sec for video. I do like the idea of using a Gantt chart for a scene
and shot breakdown - going to have to explore the potential in that. Good
job thinking outside the box!

I didn't have a need to go to that level tho it would be desireable. I don't
know of a next level of detail in MS Project with the correct time
relationship; so it may not be possible.

Microsoft personnel seldom read these posts, that's why I gave you the URL
