Use of % complete

Can someone explain how the % Complete function works with resources - i
would like to show a reduciton in days available?

"% Complete" refers to the passage of time during which tasks are being
worked, by definition. It doesn't deal with or influence resource
availability in any manner. Are you saying that the resources can only be
used for a fixed X number of days and after they been used for that total of
X days, regardless of when those days occur, they go away? Tell us just
exactly what are you trying to do and we might be able to better offer some
suggested approaches.
