user can't use office installed by image

Hello,

I installed office 2000 premium SR-1 on Server A, everything works fine
under administrator login. I created an image of Server A.

user this image installed Server B. These two servers looks same. other
programs all work fine. only office 2000 only works under administrator
login for Server B, when other user without administrator rights login
Server B, they can call up Excel, but when they try to open a file, it goes
blank, the left hand shows edit.

Could you tell me what I did wrong. Thanks
