User field in document header changes

Hi,

Our documents has a documentheader, which among other things contain the
Author using initials. I have found a field named UserInitials which I have
tried to insert. The problem is that the field changes when a new user opens
the document. Is there a way that I can 'Fix' a field, such that it does not
change once inserted.
