Users cannot access Database when form loads.

Good afternoon all,

Hello everyone and thank you for your time!
Well, I have an SQL Database 2008, with my own tables created and stuff like
it. I am creating Forms, and they have some sort of intelligence in it (like
retrieving values from a database). Whilst programming this and selecting
features, I always be sure that I pressed 'preview' to ensure that the form
is working.

Soon, the form was successfully created, however; my clients received this
error when they try to use the form from my SharePoint Server;

'One or more data sources that are required to open this form are not
available. They may be temporarily offline or your computer might not be
connected to the network.'

This is where I am baffled. When I try to use this form from my server, it
is fine, the fields are automatically filled up with values from the database
- the connection is a success. However, any other clients are unable to get
the information from this form. I think it goes to say my clients are unable
to connect to the database. I have checked to allow unlimited access and such
on my database, so... I am not sure why this happened.

I did a bit of my own research and chanced upon this;
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888228

However, I am not sure if this is relevant or not. In fact, I do not know
where to apply their Workaround'. I would really appreciate all help. I would
also like to ask if it is possible to let the form retrieve the intended
values from something other than the actual database - this might help
mitigate the problem. Also, the need to connect to the database everytime the
form is opened... could be a hassle in the long run.

Please advice! ><

Thank you!
Yours sincerely,
H. Vi
