What you need exactly depends on the version of Access you are using,
if you want to create a run time version and/or if you plan on
distributing a run time version. If using Access 2003 take a look at:

Otherwise you can simply create a shortcut to the Access database and
place it in the Windows Startup folder. If you have the Switchboard
set as the startup form then it should automatically display when the
database starts.
