Using a theme.....

Hello, someone please help me with this.... I am trying
to make a web page for my daughter's swim team. I have
picked a theme I would like to use,,, but can't seem to
get anything to look like the sample except the
background. Is there, some sort of walk through, or
wizard to help out with this? I am new to all of this
and just trying to make something look nice.

The banner and buttons come from your navigation view (create one) and applying Nav Bars and Banners (or shared borders with same)
