Using a userform only once

I have a spreadsheet that contains three userforms.

The first one asks for user information. To access the form, I have a
button on the spreadsheet that opens it.

I want a piece of code to go with the cmd_OK button (on the form) that
prevents the form from being reopened when data already exists in Cell
A4.

Can anyone help?
